TV ListView App - Part 4 - Custom ListCell

Up until now, the program has used the JavaFX controls without extension.  This part of the video series uses a custom ListCell extension called TVProgramListCell to render the domain object's fields.  programName and episodesRecorded are combined in a Label called programNameLabel.  lastRecording is put in a Label and hidden (not added to the container) for future use.
